Georgetown Live/Work District

The Live/Work District aims to catalyze cohesion in Georgetown by igniting a community who live, work, and create together: a place of caring, resilience, and vitality. We envision an affordable place for people to both live and work, less reliant on cars and promoting a seamless relationship between residents, workers, employers, customers, and visitors.

In the Live/Work District, at Equinox Studios, and beyond, GCDA empowers arts, equity, and collective well-being in the Duwamish Valley.

As construction on the Live/Work District begins, we are starting to gather interest about living in one of our units. While this does not yet guarantee you a spot, we will make sure to update you when applications open! To sign up for updates, click the button below!
